Why does my email signature corrupt once it is received?

Question of the Week I have created an email signature in Photoshop on a my imac and have supplied client with a 72dpi, RBG, JPEG file. My client has Microsoft Outlook. When he opens an email to send it looks clear, however once it reaches the receiver it becomes corrupt. How do I prevent this from happening? -- AstieD
