How can I upgrade from Vista to Windows 7?

Question of the Week I tried to upgrade to Windows 7 and my laptop lost touch pad and mouse capabilities. After 6 hours on the phone with tech support, I was told that my laptop model was not capable of the upgrade because there were no drivers available.
