Dear All, I have give my resignation from the current employer. My work Experience with this employer is 10 months,still I haven’t got any letter of conformation. Is that mandatory for me to complete 1 month notice period. Presently I have completed 2 week notice period. As you all know after resignation, nobody wants to work................ Dear Seniors, I would like to have a favour from you in sharing some of your knowledge to us. AS per labour law, there should be 26 working days. In months where there are 31 days and if the no. of Sunday is 4, then the working days become 27. Can we show 27 days in the Salary/ Wages Salary? Again in a month of 30 days, if there are 5 sundays, the total working days become 25. Is it ok to show 25 For all Those who use computer...pl take a minute to learn the posture-AVS's desk.

Hi Seniors, In my office all the sites are blocked including citehr.. when i asked for the access they say write a letter mentioning the benefit of citehr and this letter will go to the Director and then he would decide. therefore i request u to plz send me the letter format to convince the management and m also working in the HR dept of the org.,, just in case this can help...
