[TechRepublic] Oh great, Facebook wants our apps now too

Editor's note
It's been a big week. Facebook launched its take on the App Store with a service that it has dubbed App Center; the original first-person shooter for many, Wolfenstein, turned 20; and Steve Wozniak visited Australia. Yesterday, I was able to see a Raspberry Pi in action, and, while it is a great toy and educational tool., it isn't the be-all and end-all of media centres that many people had hoped. Also, the supply problems that have plagued the project mean that only 57 individual units have found their way into the country so far. Meanwhile, up on the Gold Coast, AusCERT is on again for another year. Be sure to check out the videos from yesterday, and check out the live panel discussion from 4pm AEST. Have a good week! -- Chris
