Why does word, excel, and access open blank the first time?

Question of the Week When I set up a new user on the network, (Windows Server 2003), about half of the users office programs work properly. They other half, when they click on word, excel, or access, they get a blank document, or no document shows up. Please help. -- horrorshow247
