Hi, I was wondering how can someone drive English Speaking. I’ve trained some staff at my orgn. to communicate in English, have followed the Kirkpatrick model approach. Trained them, took their inputs on how they can improve their speaking skills, involved the supervisor to help them as well. However thats all I could do. I’ve also asked the managers to involve the group in weekly meet How do HR professionals select development programs?

Just curious to know how they send people in. At a recent event, people who had come to the program were not quite aware of the contents of the program... Dear All, Im Ganesh Working in Small Scale Manufacturing company as a HR. As of now there is no HR department is setup by the employer but now he wants to setup a HR dept. We having two factory one in Gujrat and one in Mumbai, we are total 31 employees. In Mumbai we are 18 employees. As of now we not practicing the PF, ESIC, not even we are giving salary slip to employees also there is no Identity Fraud done by staff

Dear friends, I am working in a NBFC (Micro finance). One of my field staff complained that installment recovered from the customer (Rs. 1,50,0000/-) has stolen from his room. Now, he is going for FIR in which he is changing the case to Snatching of Money in the field. But, I have already stated the situation to my senior. Right now, I am thinking to go to CJM and lodge complain against the staff? Should you be rewarded for your Boss's Work?

If organizational design is to be believed, the success of the boss is directly linked with the success of the subordinate. By that logic, is the success of the subordinate directly linked to the success of the boss??? Thought both are not all-encompassing, do you believe in this philosophy? Does it need to take registration to have those contract labours. Dear seniors , pls give me complete knowledge of pf and am give a interview and interviewer asked to me that how many time in one month PF FORMS IS FILL and if a employees salary is 50,000 than how much PF IS deducted my answer is 12% means 6000 on the employees side but they said your answer is wrong . pls tell me that 12% PF is deducted to the higher amount or there is limit to deducted the PF . Hi, I was working with an organisation, and i resigned the company without any prior notice period. I mailed the resignation letter to HR head and the Dept Head from my private mail ID. And because of that they didnot pay me my salary for that complete month. And now when my new organisation called them for verification, they replied saying that I was blacklisted in their company.
