Greetings Peers, Pls suggest whether we can allow employees to do namas (prayer) during office hours. In our branch few employees are doing this on daily basis for which they take nearly half-an-hour for one time. I have also noted that they well utilize the office working hours that they dont even use the lunch hours. I want to know whether it is permissible or not and if not how can we correct t I want to Resign From Current Company

Murali: If an employee leave the job from the organization after completion of his 11 months and he applied for PF refund by completing the forms 19 and form 10c, where his basic salary is 10000 and now i want to know how much amount he will get and what is that calculation part for this. When I recently approached my previous employer for PF withdrawal. Beside PF withdrawal form they also asked for a undertaking on a judicial stamp paper that I am not working any where. As per them one can withdraw PF only if you are not working or other reasons like marriage, loan, home construction etc. Please confirm ASAP.
