Connecting a Virgin mobile modem from my laptop to my Belkin access point?

Question of the Week I am trying to use my Virgin mobile wireless modem to connect to my Belkin range extender/access point to share Internet signal. My neighbor had this exact setup and it worked great!! I know its possible I'm just frustrated!!! -- sprkie
